There is a living kitchen with table and chairs with all utilities that you would find in an Italian kitchen.
The access is from the main road that goes down towards the beach, down an attractive easily accessible little lane, walking circa 200 meters, with very few steps (circa 20 only) and before the beginning of the flight of steps that lead down to the beach. There is a wonderful roof terrace, which has a panoramic beautiful view of the sea and Positano, the islands of Li Galli and Capri. The furnishings are of good quality, and the apartment comes equipped with washing
machine, stereo, VCR, DVD player (EU standards only). It lies in a quiet area with a typically local atmosphere about 150 m from the center of the village, where you can find all of the services you might need, including the bus stop with a very good service that will take you either to Positano or to the beach of La Praia, where you can find several excellent restaurants, a path cut through the rock that offers enchanting views of the sea, boat-hire and a sub-aqua school. Praiano is at the center of the Amalfi Coast between Positano and Amalfi, both reachable in 20 minutes by bus or driving your own car. The stated price are based on a 4 people occupancy in the 2 bedrooms.
