| Casa Belvedere is located in the village of Furore, to be found
on the upper part of the Coast about 9 km from Amalfi and 3 km from Conca dei Marini. The house sits on a hill amid the greenery surrounding it, and the deep blue of the ocean that its mountain slopes descend towards. Most, if not all of the homes in this area have the standard gorgeous views however the Villa Belvedere
goes one step further due to its imposing position. It has views facing the village of Praiano, Capo di Conca and beyond as far as the eye can see. This amazing spot offers you spectacular sunrises and sunsets, and at night you can witness the lightshow from the surrounding villages and from the small fishing boats in the
ocean before you. You won’t be able to tell where the stars in the sky end and where the lights from the boats begin. There is the distinct feeling of infinity when you can’t quite tell where the horizon meets the ocean. Villa Belvedere is accessed by 70 steps from the
main road where you can park your car quite easily, which is unusual in the Amalfi coast region. If you do not have a car there is a bus stop located 5 mins away, the buses of which take you to the main port of Amalfi for all connections in order to explore the Amalfi Coast.
The house was completely refurbished in 2002 in keeping with the traditional homes of the area. The floors have been tiled with Vietri tiles which are famous in this region, and the furniture is modest but attractive with a few antique pieces.
There are niches dug into the walls to create various shelves and spaces meaning that there is little clutter. It has a spacious kitchenette, dining and lounge area with a TV, fireplace and a sofa. From this space you can access the terrace which is equipped with table and chairs. We will guarantee you will spend many
magical moments here on this delightful terrace. From this terrace there is an external staircase leading up to the rooftop terrace if you feel like doing some serious sunbathing. Just off the living area you will find the master bedroom which has a double bed and its own balcony from which you will see only sky and ocean.
Also from the living area there is a large bathroom with a shower. On the ground floor there are two smaller bedrooms and each have two single beds with a small bathroom located between. These two bedrooms have access to a garden that gives the impression of being suspended between the sky and the ocean. Overall, Villa
