| The apartment Ilaria is in a great location, right in the centre of the village of Vettica Maggiore of Praiano, not far from the beach of La Gavitella (at 350 steps from the apartment). The place is one of the quietest of the village.
The apartment offers 4 sleeping places, 2 in a matrimonial bedroom, 2 in the divan bed located in the living room. There are 2 bathrooms with shower, a beautiful patio at the entrance where you can enjoy the sun on the sun-decks or eat your meals in the shadow of the umbrella.
The village area is one of the oldest, once habited by the fishermen of Praiano because of closeness to the sea. The district has an old charm with most of the houses with the typical doomed ceilings. Here all homes are small white houses attached to the slopes of the coast.
The house can be reached only by a pedestrian path of circa 500 meters and very few steps (about 20). There is no need to get to this apartment by car as it is so close to the centre, to the public transportation and the area attractions. All can be easily reached by foot.
Continuing the same path, you can also reach the beach at 350 steps from the apartment, a rocky one in a picturesque inlet where you can go for a swim, the beach of Gavitella. From here you can make excursions by boat to Capri, Positano and the nearby beaches.
House description. Entrance is through the private patio. The apartment consists of a living-room you will have a double divan bed, a television, and the access to the second bathroom, which features a spacious shower. From the living room you have access to the matrimonial bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower.
From the living-room you will be able to step into the kitchen, where you will also have a dining table. The kitchen is large and comfortable. You will have a four-burner stove, an oven, a fridge with freezer, and a washing machine.
All the rooms have a view.
Furnishings are gracious and new.
