Our prices are calculated on a definite number of nights and services.
We rent our apartments for a minimum of 7 nights, Saturday to Saturday
(in certain period you could rent starting from a different week day,
please enquire if that is possible).
Each quotation includes electricity, final cleaning, heating, gas,
household linen once a week and the assistance of our staff during
check-in and check-out. Telephone, where available, is always charged
extra.
Primula srl
in some high season periods must rent the apartments for a minimum
of 2 weeks. For any request of shorter periods starting from a minimum
of 3 nights do not hesitate to contact us.

Reservations

|

Primula srl will accept a reservation on the basis of its apartments
availability. It considers a reservation to be valid only after receiving
via fax the rental contract filled in all its parts and signed.
The client will also have to communicate
what follows:
- Name and surname
- Your passport number, date and
place of issue, place of residence and phone number
- Number of persons
- Composition of beds (doubles, singles
if applicable)
- Time of arrival at the meeting point
- Flight/train reference and time
of arrival
- Acceptance of the deposit

Payment
conditions |
|

The reservation is confirmed after we receive the rental contract
by mail with a deposit. Please anticipate
it via fax (+39 089 873345 or +39 089 873369).
The contract the client sends via mail must include a deposit
of a 50% of the rental price, payable by postal order, bank
draft or by bank transfer or guaranteed with a credit card.
In case youll choose to pay with a bank draft or a money order,
the balance will be paid with bank draft on
behalf of the owner 45 day prior arrival.
In case the reservation will be guaranteed by credit card, the balance
can be paid on your arrival in cash (in Euro or equivalent in USD
if cash).
Any other extra service requested (e.g. telephone, extra change of
bed linen, extra cleaning, baby sitting excursion etc.) - will be
paid cash on the place.
For all bookings made 30 days or
less prior arrival, youll need to guarantee the reservation
by credit card.

Booking
conditions |

Primula
srl will give you the apartment's address and the exact directions
to reach it. Our staff will take care to lead you in the apartment; the check-in is possible
from 15.30 to 20.00.
For delays of half an hour and over must be advised to our Amalfi office (+39 089 873 344) or
to our staff member.
Requests for late arrivals (later than 20.00) have to be confirmed by Primula srl.
Please note that for arrivals
after 8.00 p.m. and Sunday arrivals will
be charged an extra flat fee of € 25, 00.
The person of our staff that will meet you will show you the house
and how things work, will ask for the deposit, will read the telephone
meter where available, and in some cases ask you to sign the inventory.
If you discover that an item in the inventory is damaged, you must
report it at the latest within 12 am of the day after the arrival,
otherwise our society will not be responsible for such item. In case
of services not included in the rental price our representative is
allowed to cash the agreed amount or to hold the security deposit
until you will settle everything.
Arrangements for the departure time will be also taken upon arrival
as most apartments have no telephone, so you must keep in touch with
our representative to arrange a date for your check-out.
You must check out within 10.30 am of the
departure day.
Our assistant will come at the fixed time on your departure day to
check the apartment's conditions and cash any extra cost (telephone,
etc.) or extra service required during the stay (extra cleaning or
extra change of linen and so on).

Deposit
|
|

A refundable deposit is required against possible damage or loss or
any surcharge not included in the price. It is payable to our representative
by cash or travel check. Primula srl will give no keys to those who
will not pay the deposit. If you leave earlier than 9.00 am we are
authorised to keep the deposit until we check that nothing has been
damaged. Afterwards you will receive the deposit back by mail.

Party
size |
|

We are entitled to refuse admittance to a number of persons exceeding
that on the booking form or exceeding the number of beds as in each
description. Nobody else is admitted to stay in our apartments without
our authorisation.

Surcharges |
|

Extra bed: depending on the apartment. See each weekly quotation in
the description page of the apartments. For extra bed see number of
beds available in each description.

Cleaning |
|

You will find your apartment clean and tidy and you must make sure
that it will be in the same good conditions when you leave, even though
the final cleaning is included in the price.
The apartment must be left in order and free of garbage.
The refrigerator must be emptied and kitchenware must be washed up.
On the contrary, you will be requested to pay an extra charge of Euro
50, 00 that will be taken out from the refundable deposit.

Cancellation
fees |
|

If you cancel a reservation you will be charged of the following penalties
starting from the date of your written notification:
-
If
the cancellation arrives after the payment of the deposit,
the 25% of the letting price will not be returned;
-
50%
of the weekly price (or rented period) will be charged
if the cancellation is made/notified up to 60 days before
the first day rent;
-
80%
of the weekly price (or rented period) will be charge
if the cancellation is made/notified up to 40 days before
the first day rent.
- No refund will be
returned if the cancellation is made in the 30 days before
the first day rent or in case of non show at the apartment..

Rules
for clients |
|

All condominium rules and regulations must be observed. Between 1
pm and 3 pm and 11 pm and 8 am apartment occupants shall not make
any loud noise.
Animals are not admitted in the lodgings unless other agreements have
been taken.
In the event that you will not follow the building rules and regulations,
(such as noise etc. during the mentioned hours), we reserve the right
to drive you immediately away from the apartment without having to
refund you.
Moreover the Primula srl will require a payment for any damages caused.
In case the apartment's keys are lost, we will be allowed to charge
the amount of Euro 25, 00 which
includes the change of the safety lock.
In case you will forget the keys inside the apartment and our staffs
presence is required to open the door, we will be allowed to charge
the amount of Euro 20, 00.
