You reach the villa after climbing down an outdoor staircase (many steps!!!) or conveniently taking the funicular. From the funicular exit to the entrance of the villa, you will have to climb only about 15 steps.
The villa has many enchanting terraces with spectacular views of the sea and the coast, in front of the bedrooms and the living rooms: All elegantly furnished with several sun deckchairs, white umbrellas, and tables and little armchairs in wrought-iron, all placed as almost in a row in front of the balustrade facing the sea.
The terraces are all framed by pines, many, many flowers and bougainvillea and are tiled with typical Italian terracotta.
The villa has direct access to the beach of Il Germano by funicular and elevator. The beach is very exclusive and has a convenient restaurant and a bar. The beach is equipped with sun beds and umbrella. Access to this entire area is reserved to the guests of the villas of the same complex; other access to this beach is only by boat. The beach is made partly with fine gravel, and partly rocky. You will be able to use umbrellas and sun lounging chairs directly on the beach, set on wooden platforms. You will have access to an elegant bar and a fine restaurant which has its own tables on a wooden platform above the sea. You can be able to rent boats or dinghies with or without sailors, and leave from here for your excursions. The beach services operate from May 15 to October 15.
The discreet swimming-pool at the villa is dug in the top part of the house among pine trees and bougainvillea, inserted in the rock, following its natural shape. By the swimming pool there is an area equipped with sun deckchairs and table.
